Our Farm

MyceliYum is a gourmet mushroom indoor farm founded by two EMS professionals dedicated to serving their community. The farm offers grow kits, dehydrated gourmet mushrooms, and soon capsulized culinary lions mane powder as well as aiming to eventually provide fresh mushrooms by mail.
MyceliYum targets a global audience, with a current focus on South Central Kentucky and Tennessee , striving to provide access to the culinary prowess of mushrooms and doing it affordably. And with health at the forefront of their motivation!
