MyceliYum takes great care to ensure all products are packaged and shipped in optimal condition. However, due to the perishable and natural nature of our products, MyceliYum cannot guarantee the condition of items once they leave our facility. Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon carrier acceptance.
We are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, improper storage after delivery, or other circumstances beyond our control. Shipping times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned or delayed due to incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts are not eligible for refund or replacement.
For grow kits and other live culture products, please ensure you are available to receive and promptly store your package according to the included instructions. MyceliYum is not liable for contamination or spoilage resulting from delayed receipt or improper handling after delivery.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. MyceliYum’s total liability is limited to the original purchase price of the goods, excluding shipping and handling fees.
Shipping Policy - the basics
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended. If there will be a significant delay, we will notify you by email.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. MyceliYum is not responsible for carrier delays or events outside our control (e.g., weather, holidays, or supply chain disruptions).

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within the continental United States only.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses for perishable or live products.
Some products, such as live grow kits, may not be available for shipment to certain states due to agricultural regulations.​

Perishable and Live Product Handling
Our mushroom grow kits and other live products are packed for freshness and viability. We recommend tracking your shipment and being available to receive it upon delivery.
MyceliYum is not responsible for spoilage, contamination, or damage resulting from delayed receipt, exposure to extreme temperatures, or improper storage after delivery.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the shipping carrier first to file a claim. MyceliYum will assist as needed but cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for issues caused by the carrier or incorrect delivery information.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders returned or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses are not eligible for refund or replacement. Reshipments may incur additional fees.

Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted on perishable or live items. Please review our [Refund Policy] for details regarding eligible products and refund requests.
